Biography
As a lifelong resident, dedicated husband and father of two, Kenneth Hughes is devoted to the ongoing development of Fairfield. His interest in preserving Fairfield for the generations to come while taking economical steps to make certain our community thrives, led him to Fairfield City Council, place 5 in 2009.
With over 20 years experience with small town businesses, Kenneth feels that a city should be managed as just that, a business. He wants each and every resident to recognize their voice can and will be heard, and through unity in our community we can accomplish great things.
