Commercial Building Permit
Permit required!
No person shall erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, or demolish any building or structure in the applicable jurisdiction, or cause the same to be done, without first obtaining a building permit for any such building or structure from the building official.
Please consult the Code of Ordinances - Article 3.02 Building Permits for information regarding all building permit requirements and procedures.
You can download a Commercial Building Permit Application Packet here, or stop by City Hall and request one.
1.) Fill out and submit the application. Applications may be submitted in person at City Hall or via email to erin.harrup@fairfieldtexas.gov.
2.)After approval, pay the permit fee, if applicable.
3.) Pick up your permit card from City Hall, and post it before beginning work on your project.
